WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE LOCATED?

For your convenience, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at our beloved venue, Izenstone. Izenstone is located at 9311 D’Olive Road, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. Click here for a map and directions.

WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING START?

Please consider arriving at 4:30 pm to allow time for parking and shuttle transportation to the ceremony site. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:30 pm to allow our vendors ample time to prepare for our celebration. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is plenty of parking onsite. Upon arrival, a parking attendant will be there to guide you to the parking lot. Once parked, you can either take the scenic walking path to the ceremony location or ride in Izenstone's 6-passenger golf cart shuttle. The shuttle will run continuously from 4:30 pm until the end of the reception.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We have opted to have an unplugged ceremony. This means that all phones should be silenced and put away to demonstrate reverence for our sacred ceremony. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos of any kind during our ceremony.

WILL DINNER BE SERVED?

We have prepared an "All-You-Care-To-Enjoy" dinner buffet comprised of New York striploin and bourbon-glazed chicken, complete with a variety of sides, a traditional spring mix salad, and hot buttered yeast rolls.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Beer and wine will be provided for your enjoyment. Please be sure to bring your ID!

IS THERE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA?

Our ceremony and reception locations are strictly tobacco-free and e-cigarette free. However, for your convenience, there is a designated smoking area on the property. Please ask an Izenstone staff member for assistance as needed. Please note that there is a $250 fine (enforced by Izenstone) if smoking/e-cigarette use occurs outside of the designated smoking area.

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Izenstone is easily accessible for guests with limited mobility. There is reserved parking (located behind the venue), concrete floors, and private restrooms for those who need it.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Semi-formal attire is requested. Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. With this in mind, please wear something cool and comfortable. The aisle is paved, so grass will not be a concern. There is no color code for guests, but the bridal attendants will be wearing a soft, sky blue. Out of respect for the bride, please do not wear all white.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

To give our guests the opportunity to celebrate to the fullest extent, we kindly request no children, with the exception of the bridal party. Should this prove to be a conflict, please contact Savannah at 251-455-6541 for further discussion.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our guest list has been carefully crafted to include only our most cherished family and friends. Both your save-the-date envelope and your invitation envelope will note whether or not you have been allotted a guest to bring.
